Raúl Rodrigo Lara Tovar (born February 28, 1973) is a retired Mexican football midfielder.
Career
Lara was a member of the Mexican national team at the 1998 FIFA World Cup, playing three games at the tournament.It is speculated that Televisa forced him on the squad, and two of his errors cost Mexico in the game versus Germany. He participated also at 1996 Summer Olympics.
He is now a member of the coaching staff at Zacatepec.
